Teen Mentorship
Teen Mentors are young women in grades 10-12 who embody the Lemon Aide Society’s core beliefs. They take a leadership role by working side by side with our Lemon Aides in the monthly program — empowering and guiding them as they plan and execute service projects. Teen Mentors attend monthly meetings in the Dallas/Plano area, as well as help run mentoring sessions for our Lemon Aide project leaders. Teen Mentors continue to become independent, confident and capable leaders guided by an Adult Mentor. This opportunity will help you develop your own leadership identity, while also making a difference in the lives of young girls in our program. The time commitment is approximately 5 hours a month throughout the school year.
