Program Manager Internship

Program Manager Interns will work with one or two schools to help manage our afterschool mentorship and empowerment program, Lemon Aide Society in the Schools (LASIS). For those pursuing a career in education, childcare, or youth services, this internship provides valuable experience working with young girls in Title 1 schools in Dallas. Meetings occur on a set day once per week after school, and are led by two teachers using Lemon Aide Society’s designed curriculum and lesson plans. This is an in-person role.

Role Details

  • Help coordinate supplies and set-up for weekly meetings.

  • Serve as an extra set of hands during meetings and help the teachers move smoothly through the curriculum.

  • Time commitment: 2-3 hours weekly per school. School groups will meet once each week throughout the school year.
